智通财经APP获悉，特朗普媒体科技集团(DJT.US)周一宣布将在纽约证券交易所得州分部上市，成为首只在该新成立的分部上市的股票，交易代码仍为“DJT”。该公司表示，其主要上市地点仍将在纳斯达克。
特朗普媒体科技集团首席执行官Devin Nunes表示：“我们很荣幸成为纽约证券交易所得州分部的首家上市公司，这对于特朗普媒体科技集团来说是一个绝佳的契合点，因为我们正在拓展金融服务及其他领域。”
该公司还计划在佛罗里达州重新注册。
截至发稿，特朗普媒体科技集团盘前跌超3%。
