瑞典金融服务公司 Fortnox 周一表示，已收到由私募股权公司殷拓集团（EQT）和 First Kraft 组成的财团发出的收购要约，该财团计划将其私有化。

　　此次收购要约为 Fortnox 的股东提供每股 90 瑞典克朗（合 9.01 美元）的价格，对该公司的估值为 549 亿瑞典克朗（合 54.9 亿美元）。Fortnox 称，这一价格较 3 月 28 日（要约发出前的最后一个交易日）的收盘价溢价 38%。

　　如果每股 0.25 克朗的拟议股息在下周的年度股东大会上获得批准，该财团将把收购报价降至每股 89.75 克朗。

　　截至发稿，Fortnox 的股价上涨了 36% 。
