3月28日，据重庆市交通运输委消息，成渝地区双城经济圈共建长江上游航运中心重大项目——嘉陵江利泽航运枢纽工程完工投产，全面进入生产运营阶段。至此，嘉陵江干流四川广元至重庆朝天门段15个梯级全部联通，建成高等级航道680多公里。

该工程由川渝两地联合立项审批和共同出资建设，项目概算投资39.6亿元。枢纽位于嘉陵江干流重庆市合川区钱塘镇与大石街道交汇处，是嘉陵江梯级渠化18个梯级中自上而下的第16级，是嘉陵江全江渠化的最大卡点和控制性工程。船闸按Ⅳ级标准建设，年通过能力1000万吨，具有通航、发电、拦沙减淤、水生态修复等综合效益。

据重庆高速航发集团利泽公司董事长张杨介绍，利泽航运枢纽工程是交通强国建设试点重大项目，也是川渝合作共建长江上游航运中心的首座航运枢纽。以前，从四川广元港红岩作业区出发到重庆朝天门，要历时半个多月；如今船舶过闸时间比以前快三分之一，一周左右即可到达。

利泽枢纽建成投运后，渠化航道里程近30公里，丰水期可通行1000吨级船舶，开辟了川东北、新疆、甘肃、陕西等地长途大宗物资运输通江达海的新通道。目前，嘉陵江利泽航运枢纽正与电力、防汛、港航等相关单位及上下游梯级枢纽一起，共同探索航调、电调、水调三网融合、优势互补、信息共享、协同联动的集控管理新机制，努力实现航运枢纽综合效益最大化。
