【蔚来：车辆电门踏板材质和设计选择与行业内主流做法一致】金十数据3月31日讯，3月30日下午，蔚来官方发文称，公司关注到一位北京蔚来用户的车辆电门踏板故障事件。经技术团队核查，用户车辆电门踏板因向上拔拽的外力作用导致机械结构脱出，未发生断裂。蔚来方面表示，在正常驾驶过程中，下踩电门踏板不会引发此类情况。目前，用户车辆脱出的电门踏板已完成安装复原，车辆功能未受任何影响。关于外力脱出的具体原因，公司正在与用户沟通还原。
