Aurum Resources (ASX:AUE) appointed Envitech to start an environmental and social impact assessment at its Boundiali Gold Project in Ivory Coast, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The assessment will cover six gold deposits and a central processing facility within the project's exploration tenements, the filing said.
Field investigations for Boundiali will start in April, contributing to a pre-feasibility study due by the end of the year, the filing added.
Shares of the company fell past 6% in recent Monday trade.
