3月31日金融一线消息，交通银行今日发布公告称，股东已于2025年3月31日收到通函，内容包括建议通过特别授权发行A股股票及相关事宜和申请清洗豁免。该通函已于该日寄发予股东，并载有本次发行详情、清洗豁免、董事会独立委员会的函件、独立财务顾问的函件、临时股东大会通告连同代表委任表格及H股类别股东会议通告连同代表委任表格。清洗豁免须待独立股东于临时股东大会上批准。
