截至2024年12月31日止年度预期溢利主要由于以下因素：中场业务表现卓越导致博彩及酒店业务的收益由截至2023年12月31日止年度的约3.691亿港元增加12%至截至2024年12月31日止年度的约4.145亿港元;及截至2024年12月31日止年度并无就物业、经营权及设备确认减值亏损，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得减值亏损。
