智通财经APP获悉，罗氏制药(RHHBY.US)今日宣布，其旗下创新药罗可适®(Ocrevus®，通用名：奥瑞利珠单抗注射液/ocrelizumab injection)正式获得中国国家药品监督管理局批准，每六个月静脉输注一次给药，用于治疗成人复发型多发性硬化症(RMS，包括临床孤立综合征、复发缓解型多发性硬化和活动性继发进展型多发性硬化)和成人原发进展型多发性硬化症(PPMS)，中国多发性硬化症患者将有望获得全球先进的全新治疗选择。
多发性硬化症(MS)是一种中枢神经系统炎性疾病。多数的多发性硬化症患者起病于29-39岁，其体内免疫系统异常攻击中枢神经系统(脑、脊髓和视神经)，导致中枢神经系统神经细胞的髓鞘发生炎症和损伤，患者会出现肌肉虚弱、疲劳和视力下降等一系列症状。复发型多发性硬化症(RMS)病程反复发作，最终可能导致永久性残疾;原发进展型多发性硬化症(PPMS)患者自发病开始，病情会持续进展恶化，患者运动、感觉和认知功能持续下降。
