智通财经APP讯，雅居乐集团(03383)公布2024年业绩，营业额约433.46亿元，同比增长0.08%。公司股东应占亏损172.16亿元，同比增长24.74%。每股基本亏损3.412元。
年内，该集团连同其合营公司及联营公司以及由集团管理并以“雅居乐”品牌销售的房地产项目的预售金额合计为人民币155.1亿元，同比下降65.8%，对应累计预售建筑面积为116.1万平方米，同比下降61.8%，预售均价为每平方米人民币13,359元，同比下降10.4%。除市场销售对集团物业发展业务带来的影响，另一方面，整体融资环境仍具较大挑战性，对集团流动性造成进一步压力。
于2024年12月31日，该集团于78个城市拥有预计总建筑面积约为3,122万平方米的土地储备，其中，于珠三角的土地储备约为800万平方米，占整体土地储备约26%，于长三角的土地储备约为205万平方米，占整体土地储备约7%。另一方面，集团会积极做好债务管理，持续推进与境外债权人之间的建设性洽商，制定当前境外债务状况的整体合理解决方案，力求改善资产负债状况，促使集团稳步回归健康发展轨道，保障未来可持续经营。
公告称，亏损主要受以下因素影响：出售附属公司、合营企业及联营公司取得亏损;物业、厂房及设备的减值;及所得税开支大幅上升。
