智通财经APP讯，中关村科技租赁(01601)公布2024年业绩，收入约人民币8.78亿元，同比增长约5.3%。净利润2.71亿元，同比增长4.3%。每股收益0.2元，末期股息每股0.071元。
2024年度，利息收入为约7.3亿元，占收益总额的83.1%，较上年度增长5.5%;咨询费收入1.39亿元，较上年度减少1.6%;确认经营租赁收入840万元。
公告称，年度利润的增长主要是由于：(i)收益增长5.3%;(ii)利息开支减少2.3%;(iii)集团产融结合业务进展顺利，对联营企业投资收益1040万元。
