AviChina Industry & Technology's (HKG:2357) net profit attributable to the owners in 2024 fell 11% to 2.19 billion yuan from 2.45 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing on March 28.
Earnings per share dropped year on year to 0.274 yuan from 0.311 yuan.
The aviation company's revenue rose 2.6% to nearly 87 billion yuan from 84.8 billion yuan in the previous year.
The board of directors recommended a dividend of 0.081 yuan per share to be paid on or before June 25 to shareholders registered by May 30.
The company's shares dropped less than 5% in recent trade.
