智通财经APP讯，如祺出行(09680)发布公告，公司与迈时资本有限公司(迈时)已互相协定终止公司与迈时订立日期为2023年8月3日的合规顾问协议(终止)，原因为双方就迈时向公司提供的服务费用调整未能达成一致。终止于2025年3月31日生效。
董事会进一步宣布，已根据上市规则第3A.27条的规定委任新百利融资有限公司(新百利)为公司的新任合规顾问，自2025年4月1日起生效，直至根据上市规则第3A.19条，公司就首次上市日期后开始的首个完整财政年度(即截至2025年12月31日止财政年度)的财务业绩符合上市规则第13.46条当日为止。
