0848 GMT - Anglo American Platinum's management should be more forthcoming explaining how and when operations at its Mogalakwena mine in South Africa will encroach on nearby villages, Berenberg analysts write. Sixty-four villages with a population of around 364,000 people surround the expanding mine, the analysts write. Amplat's management said no communities would need to be moved until beyond 2040 but given the potential for disruptions, they should be more forthcoming on how they intend to address these challenges, they write. Shares trade 0.2% higher at 74,603 South African cents. (adam.whittaker@wsj.com)
