智通财经APP获悉，日本综合商社三菱商事(MTSUY.US)周四表示，公司计划在未来三年内至少投资4万亿日元(约合270亿美元)，以此来推动业务增长，并设定目标，要在2027/28财年将净利润提升至1.2万亿日元。
在本月公布其全新的三年管理战略时，三菱还表示，将继续秉持逐步增加股息和灵活进行股票回购的基本政策。其中包括一项计划，即在2024年4月4日至2026年3月31日期间，回购价值高达1万亿日元的自家股票。
三菱计划在三年内拨款约1万亿日元用于维持资本支出，另外超过3万亿日元将投入到促进增长的投资项目中。
该公司在一份声明中指出，若出现现金盈余的情况，会在综合考量其投资项目储备及其他因素后，对这些资金的分配方式进行评估，决定是用于投资还是给予股东额外回报。
今年2月，三菱披露，在截至去年12月的9个月时间里，其国内海上风电项目计提了522亿日元的减值损失，并预计在截至今年3月31日的财年中，净利润将达到9500亿日元。
对于本月开始的新财年，三菱预计其净利润将降至7000亿日元，但会将每股股息提高10日元，达到每股110日元。
根据LSEG的数据，三菱的最大股东是美国传奇投资家沃伦・巴菲特旗下的伯克希尔哈撒韦(BRK.A.US)，持股比例为9.67%。
