智通财经APP讯，金泰能源控股(02728)发布公告，2024年全年业绩公告的刊发将会延迟，原因是公司及核数师需额外时间完成审核程序，因存在以下未决事项：(i)核数师尚未接获来自供应商、客户及第三方仓库服务提供者的若干重大审核询证函;(ii)仍需获取及审阅具体佐证文件以完成年结后审核程序。公司正与其核数师紧密合作，旨在尽快解决尚未完成事项并完成2024年全年业绩的审核。于本公告日期，考虑到当前情况，预期2024年全年业绩将于2024年4月30日刊发，前提是所有与核数师协定的审核工作已完成。然而，一获得2024年全年业绩，公司将在实际可行情况下尽快刊发2024年全年业绩。
此外，公司股份将于2025年4月1日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，直至刊发2024年全年业绩公告。
