智通财经APP讯，龙辉国际控股(01007)发布公告，本公司获其核数师先机会计师行有限公司(核数师)告知，彼等接获一封信函，当中载有就本集团若干营运及内部监控事宜针对部分董事、本公司控股股东及本集团提出的若干指控(该等指控)。
由于该等指控对本集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩(2024年全年业绩)可能会或可能不会构成重大影响，董事会经与核数师讨论后决定延迟刊发2024年全年业绩，直至对该等指控的依据及/或影响(如有)的调查完成后为止。
董事会已成立由谭秉忠先生、张霆邦先生及梁智慧女士(三者均为独立非执行董事)组成的调查委员会(调查委员会)，以调查及汇报有关该等指控的各项事宜及事件。调查委员会将尽最大努力尽快完成有关调查。然而，2024年全年业绩的预计刊发日期将需进一步厘定，并将于适当时候公布。
董事会谨此通知股东，核数师及本公司审核委员会认为，于调查结束及彼等审阅调查结果后完成审核及审阅2024年全年业绩较为合适。因此，2024年全年业绩将延迟刊发，而有关延误构成违反上市规则第13.49(1)条。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
