智通财经APP讯，中国金融发展(03623)发布公告，本公司已与银柘科技(广州)有限公司(银柘科技)签订战略合作协议。基于此协议，双方达成了合作意向，包括：
1.双方同意加强全方位合作; 2.双方同意利用各自业务优势，在大湾区开展以房屋资产为媒介的综合金融服务; 3.双方同意利用银柘科技在天猫好房、闲鱼、支付宝等阿里系互联网平台合作基础上，结合各自属地化优势发展买家顾问服务，并联合各地市政府机构打造当地存量房流转的公共服务平台; 4.双方同意利用各自在普惠金融服务业务上的优势; 5.双方同意发挥银柘科技在金融科技数字化方面优势; 6.开展双方在房产金融、普惠金融、民生金融、科技金融领域等均一致认可的合作或项目;7.双方日后不排除开展股权投资合作，相互引入对方作为彼此战略性策略股东，深化未来战略合作业务。
董事会认为此次战略合作对本公司意义重大，双方通过以房屋资产为媒介的综合金融服务领域，发挥双方各自优势，为公司带来新的发展机遇。
