Amcor (ASX:AMC) said Bloom Biorenewables, a company that it's invested in secured over $14 million in Series A funding, according to a Thursday statement.
The funding was led by Anaïs Ventures and Valquest Partners, joined by other venture capital firms and strategic investors, including Amcor.
The company has been collaborating with Bloom on research and development projects in more sustainable plastics, aiming to advance packaging products with a higher share of bio-based content that meets sustainability standards.
