　　从目前已披露的上市券商2024年报数据看，广发证券以3176.48万元的高管薪酬总额跃居行业首位，终结了中信证券此前长期领跑的局面。与2023年董监高薪酬总额9463.06万元相比，2024年中信证券降幅达69.61%，头部券商薪酬体系呈现剧烈调整。

　　国泰君安、招商证券等头部券商的高管薪酬亦呈现不同程度下滑，降幅普遍超过30%。具体来看，2024年，招商证券高管薪酬总额为1746.81万元，降幅为30.64%；国泰君安证券高管薪酬总额为1087.24万元，几近腰斩。对比来看，广发证券高管薪酬分别为招商证券的1.8倍、国泰君安证券的2.9倍，凸显行业薪酬分化态势。
