智通财经APP获悉，穆迪首席经济学家马克·赞迪认为，受特朗普政府加征关税及削减政府雇员影响，美国经济今年陷入衰退的概率已升至40%。
他在社交媒体X上表示，2025年初该概率仅为15%，但近期消费者信心下滑、支出放缓及通胀高企等"令人不安的数据"迫使预测调整。
赞迪警告称，“不断加剧的贸易战和削减关税是这一切背后的原因，加上上周宣布大幅提高汽车进口关税和即将到来的对等关税，情况肯定会变得更糟。”
特朗普拟将4月2日定为"解放日"，计划对几乎所有进口商品全面征收20%全球关税。
赞迪补充道："目前衰退概率仍低于50%，因裁员率尚低且就业收入增长稳健。本周五公布的3月非农数据将是关键指标。"这位经济学家指出："新增就业若低于10万人将引发担忧，超过20万人则可缓解焦虑。"
高盛经济学家本周将他们对未来12个月经济衰退的预测从20%上调至35%，并下调了美国2025年的GDP预期。
