星展发表研报指，雅居乐(03383.HK) 的重组正持续进行，而作为其持股45%的有价值境外资产，雅生活(03319.HK) 有可能会被纳入境外重组计划当中，透过增信或债转股方式以抵销部分未偿境外债务，因此雅居乐的重组将近期对雅生活股价构成压力。
