智通财经APP讯，GBA集团(00261)发布公告，于2025年4月1日，本公司(作为买方)、詹嘉淳先生(卖方)与丰曜资本有限公司(目标公司)(统称“订约方”，各自为一名“订约方”)订立买卖协议，本公司同意收购，而卖方同意出售销售股份(即卖方直至完成为止于目标公司的全部股权)，代价约为150万港元。
本集团一直积极物色金融服务业务方面的合适投资机会。本公司认为，发展人工智能及科技金融解决方案，可为客户提供更精准、更高效的解决方案。目标公司坐落香港知名的商业区，而新产品预计将于2026年推出，并可能大幅提升市场竞争力。因此，收购事项实为投资良机，可为本集团新增收入来源。
