美国总统特朗普周一签署了一项行政命令，旨在保护粉丝免受“剥削性票贩子”的侵害，并改革美国现场娱乐票务行业。

特朗普在白宫椭圆形办公室签署了这一命令，歌手“摇滚小子”（Kid Rock）站在他旁边。摇滚小子表示，票贩子利用机器人以票面价格购买大量门票，然后出售获利，这是该行业的一个大问题。

“我希望粉丝能得到公平的票价，”摇滚小子说，并补充说最终需要立法来限制门票购买。

白宫的一份简报称，该命令指示美国财政部长斯科特·贝森特和司法部长帕姆·邦迪确保票贩子完全遵守美国国税局的税收规定和其他适用法律。

该命令还要求美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）与美国检察官合作，确保在音乐会和娱乐行业适当执行竞争法。

去年，美国司法部和数十位州检察长起诉Live Nation娱乐公司及其售票部门Ticketmaster，称其垄断了整个现场演唱会行业的市场，损害了艺人和粉丝的利益。

Live Nation娱乐公司周一发表声明，支持特朗普的命令，并感谢他试图解决黄牛和机器人问题。

该公司表示：“我们支持任何有意义的转售改革，包括加强机器人法案的执行，限制转售价格等。”
