Australian Rare Earths (ASX:AR3) said assays confirm uranium intersections in near-surface mineralization at its Overland uranium project in South Australia, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Intersections from the drilling came in at two meters at 92 parts-per-million of triuranium octoxide from 26 meters and one meter at 72 ppm of triuranium octoxide from 31 meters.
The program aims to follow up on the shallow uranium occurrence
intersected in the target one area to determine the extent of the mineralization, and to test target two for similar mineralization style.
