消息面上，美的置业近日公布2024年度业绩，实现营业收入37.3亿元，同比增长33%，增速位居行业前列。公司盈利能力持续提升，保留业务归母核心净利润达5.0亿元，同比增长25%，毛利率提升至35.7%，保持行业高位。美的置业宣派2024年度股息0.27港元/股，派息比例提升至70%。自2018年上市以来，公司累计宣告派息额已超过93.7亿港元，派息比例常年保持在40%以上。
此外，3月31日，美的置业召开线上业绩说明会。谈到业绩目标，总裁王大在透露，预计公司2025年营收复合增速不低于25%，归母净利润复合增速不低于20%。他说，设定这一目标的底气之一是母公司盘面稳定，未来三年，物管服务及开发服务两者在上市平台中规模占比基本会保持在70%左右的水平，其核心的收入均来自母公司开发业务过往及未来的稳定交付。
