智通财经APP获悉，美的置业(03990)昨日收涨逾6%，今日午后再涨14%。截至发稿，涨12.04%，报4港元，成交额4447.42万港元。
消息面上，美的置业近日发布年度业绩。全年实现营业收入37.3亿元，同比增长33%；保留业务归母核心净利润达5.0亿元，同比增长25%；毛利率提升至35.7%。报告期内，美的置业延续了一贯的高分红政策，宣派2024年度股息0.27港元/股，派息比例提升至70%。
据悉，2024年，美的置业宣布对房地产开发业务进行内部重组，剥离房开业务至控股股东，专注于经营性业务。重组完成后的上市平台业务构成为四大板块，即开发服务、物管服务、资产运营及房地产科技。美的置业管理层在业绩发布会上透露，公司预计2025年营收复合增长率不低于25%，归母净利润复合增长率不低于20%。
