Dingyi Group Investment (HKG:0508) acquired 100% of Savor Dining for up to HK$69 million, according to a Tuesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The deal, completed on March 31, includes an initial HK$22 million payment and an additional HK$47 million contingent upon profitability targets.
Savor Dining operates six restaurants in Shenzhen, including the award-winning Ensue. The acquisition marks Dingyi's return to the catering business, strengthening its foothold in China's high-end restaurant sector.
