智通财经APP获悉，海吉亚医疗(06078)涨超11%，截至发稿，涨11.16%，报14.94港元，成交额1.08亿港元。
消息面上，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月28日和3月31日，海吉亚医疗获公司创始人、控股股东、董事会主席兼首席执行官朱义文再度增持，合计增持61.54万股。公司指，自公司上市以来，朱义文先生已20次在二级市场增持公司股票，从未减持过公司股票，对公司未来发展充满信心。此外，3月31日，海吉亚医疗注销股本327.22万股。自2024年9月以来，公司累计回购1302.52万股（占注销前总股本2.06%），目前已全部注销完毕。
交银国际研报指出，公司2024年业绩短期承压，但长期成长能见度依旧显著。该行认为，医保支付环境变化给公司2024年业绩带来较大压力，但该行预计，2025年公司将轻装上阵，在医保控费影响常态化、新建和并购医院完成整合、一次性项目影响结束后，表观利润增速有望恢复至20%以上。维持买入评级。
