智通财经APP获悉，周三公布的数据显示，有“小非农”之称的美国3月ADP就业人数增加15.5万，大超市场预期的11.5万和前值7.7万，表明美国企业招聘活动加速，从2月因美国部分地区遭遇恶劣天气导致的疲软中反弹。其中，3月ADP就业人数增长主要是由专业和商业服务、金融活动和制造业推动的。
ADP首席经济学家Nela Richardson在一份声明中表示：“尽管政策存在不确定性，消费者情绪悲观，但总的来说，3月的这份就业数据对经济和各种规模的雇主来说都是一个好消息，即使不一定是所有行业。”
财经网站Forexlive分析师Adam Button表示，从2月份的糟糕数据来看，美国3月ADP数据是一个不错的反弹。他指出，没有任何证据表明由于政策的不确定性(至少在政府之外)导致了裁员，而且随着这次反弹，也没有太多证据表明招聘不足。
除了ADP就业人数外，包括初请失业金人数和裁员人数在内的一些数据都表明就业市场依旧稳定。这与美联储主席鲍威尔上个月所说的“低解雇、低招聘”的劳动力市场特征一致。此外，ADP报告显示工资增长放缓，换了工作的人的工资增长了6.5%，而留下来的人的工资增长了4.6%。
与此同时，市场正密切关注将于周五公布的美国3月非农就业报告。届时政策制定者和投资者将通过该数据更全面地了解就业市场状况。经济学家预计，美国3月非农就业人数增幅较2月份略有放缓，但仍保持在14万人的健康水平;失业率则预计将稳定在4.1%。
