智通财经APP讯，港通控股(00032)发布公告，于2025年4月3日，认购方Phenomenal Combo Limited(本公司间接全资拥有)向该等基金的行政管理人呈交认购申请表，认购方承诺认购第一只基金及第二只基金的A类股份，资本承担分别为7000万美元(相当于约港币5.46亿元)及3000万美元(相当于约港币2.34亿元)，惟须分别受第一份私人配售备忘录及第二份私人配售备忘录的条款及条件所规限。
与其财务管理业务的投资目标一致，本公司定期评估对其投资持股作出适当调整及补充的可能性，以期为其股东带来稳定的风险调整回报。经评估以下各项后：本集团现有投资组合的整体风险、潜在回报及风险概况;该等基金针对不同领域、资产类别及地理位置的精准投资，尤其是该等基金对定息债务及浮息债务以及类似债务的投资的精准布局;该等基金可能产生的收益、资本增值及投资回报;该等基金的流动资金年期(尤其是本公司赎回其于该等基金中的 A 类股份的能力，在各种情况下须受禁售期及赎回门槛所规限);投资管理人的投资团队的能力、资历及往绩记录;及认购这两只基金将使本公司在“APES Gelada”投资项目中获得经济投资机会，董事认为，认购事项可令本集团的现有上市及非上市投资组合更为多元化，并提升本公司盈利能力。
