RPM International (RPM) said Thursday that it entered a definitive agreement to acquire the Star Brands Group, the UK-based parent company of household cleaning products supplier The Pink Stuff.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Star Brands will become part of RPM's Consumer Group. The transaction is expected to close late in Q4 or early in Q1 of 2026.
