Amaero International (ASX:3DA) Chief Financial Officer Chris Scanlon is stepping down at the end of the month, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will initiate a search process for a new CFO, the filing said.
Meanwhile, the company changed its name to Amaero, following a resolution passed by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday, according to a separate filing.
The change will take effect from the start of trading on April 8, with its ticker symbol remaining the same.
Shares fell 4% in midday trade Friday, hitting a 52-week low.
