PANews 4月4日消息，投资公司Republic宣布计划以最高6000万美元的估值收购加密交易平台INX Digital（INXDF）。此次收购预计将在未来八个月内完成，需满足相关条件。
Republic表示，此次收购将加强其作为区块链投资者的地位，并为代币交易以及加密资产与现实世界资产（RWAs）的二级市场机会创造路径。
据悉，Republic此前已于2023年收购INX 9.5%的股份，交易完成后将全面整合INX的运营。
