智通财经APP讯，珠光控股(01176)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财政年度)取得本公司拥有人应占亏损不少于约30亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023财政年度)则取得本公司拥有人应占亏损约8.71亿港元，主要由于下列各项所致：于本集团评估其贸易应收款项、按金及其他应收款项的预期信贷亏损后，本集团于2024财政年度取得的金融资产减值较2023财政年度约2.5亿港元大幅增加;本集团于2024财政年度取得的其他开支净额较2023财政年度约1.55亿港元大幅增加，主要由于本集团于2024财政年度就若干借款作出利息及相关开支拨备，以及本集团发展中物业及完成待售物业取得减值所致;本集团于2024财政年度取得的投资物业净额公平值亏损较2023财政年度约2.46亿港元增加，主要由于本集团投资物业于2024年12月31日的公平值较2023年12月31日的公平值减少所致;及本集团于2024财政年度的项目管理服务收益较2023财政年度约12.8亿港元有所减少，乃由于本集团于2024财政年度拥有的项目管理服务协议数目减少所致。
