期内，集团实现合约销售金额为4.32亿元，合约销售面积为3.44万平方米，合约销售均价为每平方米12,581元。主力销售项目多位于大连，占合约销售金额的73.4%;郑州占16.2%，重庆占7.5%。业态以住宅物业销售为主，占合约销售金额的73.4%。
期内，物业销售收入为1.76亿元，同比下降80.2%，主要因期内交付项目减少所致;销售收入均价为每平方米人民币14,622元，同比上升 139.2%，主要因期内主要结转产品与2023年同期不同。期内结转项目主要为普通住宅产品，较2023年同期结转的办公楼物业的价格高。收入项目主要位于大连(占收入的91.8%)等城市。
截至2024年6月30日，集团土地储备总建筑面积约为627.6万平方米，其中大连占比为75.7%。集团应占权益土地储备建筑面积约为574.3万平方米。
