龙辉国际(01007.HK) 表示，接获一封信函，当中载有就集团若干营运及内部监控事宜针对部分董事、控股股东及集团提出的若干指控。由于该等指控对集团2024年全年业绩可能会或可能不会构成重大影响，董事会经与核数师讨论后决定延迟刊发2024年全年业绩，直至对该等指控的依据或影响的调查完成后为止。
