智通财经APP获悉，和铂医药-B(02142)尾盘跌超12%，截至发稿，跌12.3%，报7.63港元，成交额3.74亿港元。
消息面上，和铂医药此前发布年度业绩。2024年公司实现收入3810万美元，同比减少57.43%；年内溢利为274.2万美元，同比大幅下降87.95%。值得注意的是，和铂医药研发费用已经连续两年下滑，从2022年的1.35亿美元下降至2023年的4508.1美元，并进一步下降至2024年的2099.9万美元，公司解释为创新业务模式的实施推动了开支管理效率的大幅提升，继而令公司的研发成本减少。
此外，继2022年4月、2024年5月两次战略合作之后，日前和铂医药发布公告称，公司与阿斯利康再次订立全球战略合作协议，以共同研发针对免疫性疾病、肿瘤及其他多种疾病的新一代多特异性抗体。此外，阿斯利康以每股10.74港币的价格认购和铂医药增发的9.15%股份，较3月21日收盘价溢价约37.2%，投资额为1.05亿美元。
