智通财经APP获悉，和铂医药-B(02142)早盘跌超7%后快速转涨，午后跌幅再度扩大。截至发稿，跌4.56%，报8.59港元，成交额8732.98万港元。
消息面上，和铂医药发布年度业绩。2024年公司实现收入3810万美元，同比减少57.43%；年内溢利为274.2万美元，同比大幅下降87.95%。尽管收入和利润均有所下滑，但公司通过实施创新业务模式，显著提升了开支管理效率，使得研发成本同比减少53.4%至2100万美元。
值得注意的是，继2022年4月、2024年5月两次战略合作之后，日前和铂医药发布公告称，公司与阿斯利康再次订立全球战略合作协议，以共同研发针对免疫性疾病、肿瘤及其他多种疾病的新一代多特异性抗体。此外，阿斯利康以每股10.74港币的价格认购和铂医药增发的9.15%股份，较3月21日收盘价溢价约37.2%，投资额为1.05亿美元。
