智通财经APP讯，上海复旦(01385)公布，上海复旦微电子集团股份有限公司于 2025 年 4 月 1 日收到上海复旦复控科技产业控股有限公司出具的《关于以复旦微电股份参与申购证券投资基金份额的告知函》，复旦复控拟于 2025 年 4 月 2 日起 15 个交易日后的 3 个月内将持有的复旦微电部分股份参与换购上证综指交易型开放式指数证券投资基金份额/中证500 交易型开放式指数证券投资基金/中证上海国企交易型开放式指数证券投资基金份额。复旦复控拟参与换购的股份不超过公司股份总数的 1%(含)，即不超过 8,214,273 股(含)。
