智通财经APP讯，天利控股集团(00117)发布公告，于2025年4月3日，东宇阳(作为买方，公司的间接全资附属公司)与卖方(作为卖方)订立机器收购协议，东宇阳同意向卖方收购流延机，代价为129万美元。
卖方People and Technology Inc.，为一家于韩国注册成立的有限公司，主要从事制造、生产及销售机器设备。
公告称，流延机可将陶瓷浆料加工至第一基膜上，并透过MLCC制造工艺高速干燥，而收购事项旨在提升集团于东宇阳工厂的产能，扩大现有产品线，并提高MLCC分部的技术能力。
鉴于上述情况，董事认为机器收购协议的条款乃按一般商业条款订立，并属公平合理，且收购事项符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
