Kip McGrath Education Centres(ASX:KME) appointed current Global Financial Controller Roxana Lupou as interim chief financial officer, effective April 11, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Lupou succeeds outgoing CFO Brett Edwards, the filing said.
A search for both internal and external candidates will begin for the CFO's position, the filing added.
