智通财经APP获悉，找钢集团-W(06676)午后跌超17%，盘中低见5.3港元，较3月10日盘中高点11.98港元已实现腰斩。截至发稿，跌16.25%，报5.36港元，成交额270.73万港元。
消息面上，3月10日，找钢集团通过借壳香港SPAC公司Aquila，以De-SPAC方式在港交所挂牌上市。据悉，该集团成立于2012年，主要通过连接钢铁交易行业的主要参与者至其数字化平台，提供钢铁交易全链条的一站式B2B服务，包括线上钢铁交易、物流、仓储与加工、SaaS产品以及大数据分析。目前，找钢集团正逐步拓展至电子元器件、电工电气、五金机电产品等非钢铁工业原材料市场。
此外，找钢集团近日公布年度财报，数据显示，公司2024年GMV为1880亿，交易吨量5141.8万吨。2024年营业收入为15.5亿元，较上年同期的11.69亿元增长32.7%；毛利为4.3亿元，较上年同期的3.8亿元增长12.1%。找钢集团2024年持续经营业务亏损为6867万元，较上年同期的亏损4.7亿元收窄85.4%。
