Marimaca Copper Corp. (ASX:MC2) has joined the ASX's official list on Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Quotation of the company's securities will begin on April 2 at 1 pm Sydney time. Shares will be settled in the form of CHESS Depositary Interests (CDI) at a ratio of one CDI is to one fully paid common share, the filing said.
