中国金融发展与银柘科技签署战略合作协议
4月2日，中国金融发展（03623）发布公告，宣布与银柘科技（广州）有限公司签订战略合作协议。根据该协议，双方将加强全方位合作，利用各自业务优势，在大湾区开展以房屋资产为媒介的综合金融服务。
此外，双方还将结合银柘科技在天猫好房、闲鱼、支付宝等阿里系互联网平台的合作基础，发展买家顾问服务，并联合各地市政府机构打造当地存量房流转的公共服务平台。
董事会表示，此次战略合作对公司具有重要意义，双方通过综合金融服务领域的合作，将为公司带来新的发展机遇。
银柘科技是一家领先的房产交易金融科技服务商，年均贷款服务量达到200-300亿元，并与超过70家银行合作，服务客户超过100万户。未来，双方不排除开展股权投资合作，以深化战略合作业务。
