中国新城市与中信资本签署合作备忘录，拓展投资平台
4月2日，中国新城市（01321）发布公告，宣布与中信资本特殊投资部签署了一份不具法律约束力的合作备忘录，计划成立合营公司及其附属公司，以共同运营投资平台。合营公司将在香港成立，由公司在香港的附属公司持有50%权益，而外商独资企业公司将在中国成立，并由合营公司全资拥有。
合营平台的业务范围将包括积极探索和投资各类合资格投资项目，特别是受压资产，这些资产因投资期限错配、债务压力等原因可能以较大幅度折扣定价。公司董事会观察到中国房地产市场的重大结构性转变，预计存量资产的退出、困境资产的转让等将提供更多市场机会，从而推动公司的业务模式创新，拓展至资产管理服务等轻资产模式，优化资产负债表。
公司表示，合营平台的成立将利用其在业务运营方面的专业知识和广泛网络，与中信资本特殊机会投资部的经验相结合，致力于多元化发展业务组合，把握当前市场环境下的新增长机会。
