廖长香女士(廖女士)已提呈辞任本公司行政总裁(行政总裁)及董事会辖下投资委员会(投资委员会)成员，自2025年4月2日起生效。廖女士将留任本公司执行董事，并以总经理的新角色效力本集团所有广西附属公司，负责本集团的广西营运。
鉴于廖女士于该计划实行后辞任行政总裁及投资委员会成员，董事会谨此进一步宣布，王先生获委任为行政总裁及投资委员会成员，自2025年4月2日起生效。鉴于王先生的教育背景、经验及对本集团运作的熟悉程度，为(其中包括)促进本集团可持续稳定发展，并按照该计划提升组织协同效率及激励团队创新，董事会相信委任王先生为行政总裁将符合本集团的利益。
