【腾讯：一季度回购171亿港元 超去年同期水平】金十数据4月2日讯，港交所公开信息显示，腾讯控股(00700.HK)2025年一季度累计回购4298.4万股，耗资超171.2亿港元，超过去年同期的148亿港元，同比增加约15.6%。资料显示，2024年腾讯累计回购1120亿港元，蝉联港股“回购王”。2025年3月19日，腾讯2024年年报中宣布，2025年将继续增强股东回报，预计回购股份规模至少800亿港元。近年来，腾讯一直主动选择注销式回购，带动总股本显著下降。2021年末至今，腾讯总股本减少了近4亿股。2024年以来，腾讯总股本维持在92亿股左右的水平，降至10年来最低水平。2025年，腾讯新的回购行动有望带动总股本进一步下降。
