智通财经APP讯，药明康德(02359)发布公告，2025年4月1日，公司通过大宗交易继续出售所持有的药明合联5080万股股票，约占截止本公告日期药明合联总股本的4.23%，成交金额约21.78亿港元(不包含手续费等交易费用)，占公司最近一期(2024年度)经审计归属母公司股东净资产的3.43%。
公告称，公司通过本次出售所获得的现金收益，将用于加速推进全球产能及能力建设，吸引并保留优秀人才，持续强化公司独特的一体化CRDMO业务模式，从而高效满足全球客户和患者日益增长且不断变化的需求。
