友宝在线(02429)境内未上市股份“全流通”获备案
智通财经APP获悉，4月2日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于北京友宝在线科技股份有限公司境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。友宝在线(02429)6名股东拟将所持合计35,647,744股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
招股书显示，友宝在线是中国大陆自动售货机经营商，按2022 年商品总额计算，占市场份额7.6%。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，以交易商品总额及网络规模计算，于2019年、2020年、2021年及2022年，公司在中国大陆无人零售行业(主要包括自动售货机、无人商店及无人货架)均排名第一。由创立以来十多年来，公司致力深耕中国大陆的无人零售行业(零售业的细分行业)，并建立了数字化及运营能力，涵盖商品采购、物流及存货管理。
该公司利用这些核心能力，已迅速建立起一个覆盖学校、工厂、办公场所、公共场所、交通枢纽及餐厅等消费场景的广泛的销售点(或“点位”)网络。通过公司广泛的点位网络，公司能够为无人零售行业价值链内的广大参与者提供服务。截至2023年6月30日，公司的网络拥有61888个自动售货机友宝点位，遍布中国大陆157个城市及28个省级行政区，其中有87.3%集中于一线、新一线及二线城市。
