4月3日金融一线消息，浙商银行今日召开2024年度业绩说明会。谈及对浙商银行2024年全年发展的整体感受，党委书记、董事长陆建强总结了四个方面。

　　第一个感受是，穿越了风雨，懂得了“政”和“严”的重要性。“这三年第一件事情就是管住舆情，管住队伍，把政治站位提升起来。”陆建强表示，“政”字当头、“严”字为要。“加强政治建设、加强文化建设、价值观领导。这些都不是虚话，在银行里真的是特别重要。”

　　第二个感受是，近三年，尤其是2024年，我们在化解不良上的力度是很大的，我们有比较好的成绩，通过三年时间把浙商银行“影子银行”形成的近2000亿的不良历史性的化解掉了。“在化解风险的过程中，我感受到做金融要坚守合规。”陆建强强调坚持合规的重要性。

　　第三个感受是，必须要有清晰的战略定力。“要把浙商银行带到哪里去？这个问题我当时花了整整三个月去思考。”陆建强说，通过清晰的战略定力，让浙商银行迈上了新的台阶，呈现出了非常好的发展态势，开启了高质量发展的新境界。

　　第四个感受是，善本金融。“我深深切切的感觉到，我们这一代人有一代人的使命，我们这一代人要把中国的金融路径从依赖于西方理论中真正走出来。”陆建强表示，数字波动了没关系，银行本来就是要以服务实体经济为主，不要老是想到自己的盈利，自己的数据波动。
